（六）4人龍板表演賽項目說明：（本次表演賽不設(shè)獎金）

龍板賽最大接受15組參賽隊伍報名，如遇超報，以先來后到原則及賽事方協(xié)調(diào)。

龍板賽分為三輪預(yù)賽（每輪5組隊伍）一輪決賽。每輪預(yù)賽第一名進(jìn)入決賽。除每輪第一名外，三輪預(yù)賽匯總成績排名前三名進(jìn)入決賽。

運動員在比賽中采取坐姿或跪姿時不得超過連續(xù)5槳，沖過終點線時需全體在板上通過。

4 Persons Dragon Boat Exhibition Game Guide：（No prize money will be given at this exhibition game）The maximum number of participating teams is 15, places will be given according to the registration sequence.There will be 3 rounds of qualification game and 1 round of final. First place in the three qualification games will go into the final, plus three teams that ranked top 3 after the winner of each group during in the qualification.

Athletes are allowed no more than 5 paddles while they are on their knees. All body parts of Athletes need to be on their board to officially pass the finish line.

4人龍板表演賽賽道圖與競速賽500米賽道圖相同。

四、參賽對象Participants

1、全國（含港澳臺地區(qū)）SUP槳板運動愛好者；

National (including Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan) SUP enthusiasts;

2、愛好SUP槳板運動的國際友人。

The international SUP enthusiasts from other countries.

具體要求

Specific requirements

（一）參賽年齡及報名資料：凡年滿14—55周歲，持有公安機關(guān)核發(fā)的第二代身份證原件、有效護(hù)照，身體健康者、熟悉水性、能穿救生衣游泳200米以上即可報名參賽；

Age and registration information:age of 14-55 years, hold the original second-generation ID card issued by the public security authority, valid passport, physically fit, familiar with water, and can wear a life jacket to swim more than 200 meters; can participate in the competition

（二）參賽者須簽署自愿參賽免責(zé)承諾書（見附件）

五、競賽辦法 Competition methods

（一）本次比賽依據(jù)本次賽事競賽規(guī)程組織賽事；

The competition is organized according to the competition rules;

（二）SUP槳板全程以站立式劃行、落水后上板可以繼續(xù)比賽但必須以站立式劃水，技術(shù)賽必須完成所有標(biāo)點的繞標(biāo)動作，繞標(biāo)不完整無競賽成績，以站立式通過終點時間少者名次列前。

The SUP paddles paddle in an erect posture during the whole course, and can continue to race on the upper plate after falling into the water. However, the paddles must stand still. All the punctuation marks of the SUP paddles must be completed. The round marks are not completely absent from the competition. Less time ranked better.

（三）如遇惡劣天氣影響比賽正常進(jìn)行的，大會將及時通知運動員，并根據(jù)天氣形勢對比賽進(jìn)行調(diào)整。

In the event of bad weather affecting the competition, the athletes will be notified by the General Assembly.

（四）運動員必須穿救生衣和腳繩并佩戴參賽號碼衣參賽，不穿戴者裁判可對其終止比賽。主動申請救援及緊急被動救援均視為放棄比賽。The athlete must wear life jacket，leash and wear the number card to participate in the competition. About non-wearing participant the judges can terminate his match. Taking the initiative to apply for rescue and emergency passive assistance are considered as abandonment of the match

（五）比賽采用分組制，分別舉行預(yù)賽決賽。選手抽簽決定出發(fā)順序，半決賽、決賽出發(fā)順序為上一輪比賽排名的正序出發(fā)；出發(fā)為間隔出發(fā)，間隔時間為60秒。

The game uses a group system to hold the preliminaries，hold preliminaries and final separately. The lottery is used to determine the starting sequence. The starting sequence of the semi-finals and the finals is the positive sequence of the previous round of the competition. The departure is an interval and the interval is 60 seconds.

（六）最終排名依據(jù)預(yù)賽、決賽；決賽的比賽中，如遇減少輪次導(dǎo)致比賽未能完成，仲裁委員會和裁判長可以按照前一輪的比賽的成績認(rèn)定最終排名。

The final rankings are based on the finals and preliminaries. In the event of a final round of matches,If a reduction in the number of rounds causes the race to be incomplete，the arbitration committee and the referee can determine the final ranking according to the results of the previous round.

（七）競賽具體分組由裁判委員會于賽前抽簽決定。

The specific division of the competition shall be determined by drawing lots before the competition.

（八）關(guān)于比賽中的“問詢”與“抗議”執(zhí)行中國槳板黃金聯(lián)賽相關(guān)競賽規(guī)定，抗議費200元。關(guān)于“申訴”請在成績正式公布后半小時內(nèi)進(jìn)行，申訴費500元；

With regard to the "inquiry" and "protest" in the competition, the China SUP golden league committee has stipulated that the protest fee is 200 yuan. About the “appeal” please be conducted within half an hour after the official announcement of the results. The appeal fee is RMB 500;

（九）凡有違背體育精神、道德行為者，將取消參賽資格和比賽成績。對此人處以停賽一年的處罰。

Any person who violates the spirit of sportsmanship and morality will be disqualified from participating in the competition and will be suspended for one year.

（十）參賽運動員在本次比賽中的行為舉止將被記入國家體育總局水上運動管理中心中國槳板黃金聯(lián)賽的備忘，為日后報名參加在中國舉辦的國際、國內(nèi)重大槳板賽事資格審查時提供信用參考。

The behaviors of the participating athletes in this competition will be recorded in the Chinese Paddle Board Golden League in the Aquatic sports center of the State General Administration of Sport. It will provide credit reference for the future qualifications of the international and domestic major paddle board events held in China.

六、賽事積分說明Event Points

（一）比賽將計算積分。The event will count points

（二）各公開組總成績前16名獲得優(yōu)勝獎（將2000米競速、500米技術(shù)賽積分相加，如積分相加相同者看2000米成績，再次相同時看500米成績，再次相同時按照并列名次）。

Total points TOP 16 in each open group get bonus.

七、比賽裝備The equipment

SUP槳板、救生衣、槳由組委會統(tǒng)一提供（可自帶槳）、參賽運動員需攜帶相關(guān)救生護(hù)具。

SUP boards, life jackets and paddle shall be provided by the organizing committee (with their own paddle).Athletes are required to carry the relevant rescue gear.

十、仲裁委員會和裁判員Jury members and judges

仲裁委員會的人員組成和職責(zé)，按照國家體育總局《仲裁委員會條例》規(guī)定執(zhí)行。仲裁委員會的裁決是最終裁決。大賽主要裁判員由體育總局水上運動管理中心選派，不足的競賽輔助裁判和工作人員由承辦單位在當(dāng)?shù)仄刚垺?

The duties of the Arbitration Commission shall be carried out in accordance with the regulations of the Arbitration Commission of the Sports General Administration of China. The Arbitration Commission＇s ruling is final. The main referees of the competition were selected by the China Extreme Sports Association. Insufficient competition assistant referees and staff were recruited locally by the contractor.

Attachment 1:Voluntary participation disclaimer

1、我完全了解自己的身體狀況，確認(rèn)自己的健康狀況良好；沒有任何的身體不適或疾病（包括心臟病、風(fēng)濕心臟病、高血壓、腦血管疾病、心肌炎、其他心臟病、冠狀動脈病、嚴(yán)重心律不齊、血糖過高或過低的糖尿病、以及不適宜進(jìn)行休閑皮劃艇及SUP槳板運動的疾病），因此我鄭重聲明，可以正常參加休閑皮劃艇及SUP槳板比賽及此項活動。I fully understand my physical condition and make sure I am in good health. Without any physical discomfort or disease (including heart disease, rheumatic heart disease, hypertension, cerebrovascular disease, myocarditis and other heart disease, coronary artery disease, severe arrhythmia, too high or too low blood sugar diabetes, and is not suitable for the leisure kayaking and SUP paddle board movement＇s disease), so I solemnly declare that I can participate in the leisure kayaking and SUP game, and this activity.

2、我鄭重聲明我具備200米游泳能力。I solemnly declare that I have the ability to swim 200 meters.

3、我充分了解本次活動期間的訓(xùn)練或比賽有潛在的危險，以及可能由此而導(dǎo)致的受傷或事故，我會竭盡所能，以對自己的安全負(fù)責(zé)任的態(tài)度參賽。I fully understand this activity during training or competition with potential danger, and may lead to injury or accident, I will do best I can, I am responsible for my own safety

4、我本人愿意遵守本次比賽活動的所有規(guī)則規(guī)定；如果本人在參賽過程中發(fā)現(xiàn)或注意到任何風(fēng)險或潛在風(fēng)險，本人將立刻終止參賽并告知賽會裁判員。I am willing to abide by all the rules and regulations of this competition. If I find or notice any risk or potential risk during the competition, I will immediately terminate the competition and inform the judges.

5、我本人及我的合法繼承人、代理人、個人代表或親屬將放棄追究賽事組織者對我本人在本次賽事參賽期間造成或?qū)е聜麣垺⑷松頁p失或死亡賠償?shù)臋?quán)利。I and my legal heirs, agents, personal representatives or relatives will waive the right of the organizers of the event to inflict or cause damage, personal injury or death compensation to me during the competition.

6、我同意接受主辦方在比賽期間提供的現(xiàn)場急救性質(zhì)的醫(yī)務(wù)治療，但在醫(yī)院救治等發(fā)生的相關(guān)費用由本人負(fù)擔(dān)。I agree to accept the on-site emergency medical treatment provided by the organizers during the competition. However, the expenses incurred in the treatment of the hospital shall be borne by me.
